Job Title: Porteiro I - HE

Job Description

The Access Controller (Doorman or Porteiro) is an important position responsible for controlling the entry and exit of Concentrix sites. Without this role, the security of the building, assets, and employees could be compromised.

This employee supports employees, visitors, clients, and others needing access to the building by using the Access Control System, providing badges, and validating access for authorized individuals.

Controls the company building perimeter physically and with CCTV support to prevent unauthorized access.

Principais responsabilidades

• Support employees, visitors, clients, and others requiring access with the Access Control System, issuing badges, and validating authorized access.
• Monitor the building perimeter physically and via CCTV to prevent unauthorized access.

Principais atividades

• Control the entry and exit of the company building.
• Assist employees with temporary badges.
• Manage access requests from visitors, clients, and suppliers.
• Monitor the company perimeter.
• Validate movements of authorized people and assets on-site.
• Provide support for requests and inquiries from other departments.

Requisitos

• Público elegível: Experience as a Teleperformance Agent and SESMT in Curitiba.
• Minimum of 6 months in the current role.
• Salarial analysis applicable.
• ABS from the employee with an average of up to 4% over the last 3 months.
• No disciplinary measures in the last 6 months and during the selection process.
• Not in PIP/PSP.
• Annual performance score of at least 3 for 2024.
• Not on vacation during the selection process.
• Knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
• Preferred: Knowledge in access control and CCTV.
• Basic computer skills.
