Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Plumber.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Carries out maintenance, repairs and improvements to all the hotel's plumbing installations.
2. Prepares the work to be carried out and monitors the intervention of specialized outside firms from a technical point of view.
3. Manages a consumables and spare parts store.
4. Checks all technical premises and understands the cause of any breakdown.
5. Essentially replaces worn or faulty parts (seals, valves, locks, etc.), dismantling / reassembling equipment.
6. Compiles maintenance files to track all work carried out.
7. Interacts positively with all team members to guarantee customers the service expected of a luxury establishment.

PROFILE :

1. Diagnostic skills
2. Listening to customers.
3. Network balancing, water treatment, welding copper, steel, high-pressure PVC, multi-layer PVC, drainage networks, grease treatment, replacement of fittings, etc.
4. Knowledge of pool water treatment and electricity (solenoid valve and meter replacement).
5. Thoroughness and organizational skills.
6. Fluency in English.
7. Ability to handle emergency situations.
8. Similar experience in a hotel of the same category.
