Role Overview
As an Ops Specialist, you will conduct account verification, detect and prevent fraudulent activities, process player redemptions, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Areas of Responsibility

• Detect and prevent fraudulent accounts and suspicious transactions through analysis of transactional data.
• Review transaction reports for suspicious activity, investigate anomalies, and identify fraud.
• Perform KYC procedures to verify customer identities, including processing KYC profiles and conducting EDD reviews on high-risk customers.
• Ensure document integrity and compliance, coordinating with relevant teams for risk management.
• Manage payments operations, including redemptions, account closures, and reward declines.
• Assist departments with risk, fraud, and payments inquiries, investigating discrepancies.
• Collaborate internally to ensure documentation consistency and policy compliance.
• Maintain accurate customer records and monitor case progress.
• Report operational issues and make daily decisions to ensure smooth operations.

Experience

• At least 3+ years in a similar role.
• Proficient in Excel and BI tools, data-driven.
• Experience with USA/European/LATAM gaming or sportsbook accounts preferred.
• Knowledge of customer support, high-value player management, risk, fraud, and payment methods.
• Strong leadership, adaptability, multitasking, and stress management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, motivated team player with initiative.
