In This Role, You Will
  • Work closely with global marketing and media program managers and regional digital media stakeholders to define product features according to product vision, roadmap, and strategy. Drive & monitor product and feature adoption.
  • Collaborate with IT Platform Product Managers and Media Agency leads to define global product features, creating a hybrid engineering delivery model across IT Engineering resources and Agency Technology SMEs.
  • Plan and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, balancing technical debt and innovation.
  • Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with vendor/agency partners, participate in PI product planning, and engage in global Community of Practice forums.

Leadership Competencies / Qualifications
  • 7+ years’ experience in integrated marketing programs across multiple platforms.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic media, ad verification, retail media networks, eCommerce, and OTT video.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Knowledge of AdTech platforms, Identity Management, Cloud platforms, and data sourcing and governance.
  • Experience with privacy regulation frameworks.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
