AgileEngine is a fast-growing technology company that builds software for Fortune 500 brands and innovative startups. We’re looking for a Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale core infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes, collaborating with engineering and data science teams to keep systems performant and secure.

You will work on distributed architecture, service meshes, and AI-native tooling, with opportunities for professional growth, flexible hours, and competitive USD-based compensation

Qualificações

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year of API design and development using REST/gRPC.
• 1+ year of experience with AWS and Kubernetes, including service mesh technologies such as Istio, Linkerd, or Cilium.
• 1+ year of experience building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, federated/polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months of experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, harness engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, learning agility, and ownership mindset.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Platform Engineer to build and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid company growth. This person designs reliable platform services, manages cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, and works closely with engineering and data science teams to keep systems performant and secure. Comfort with distributed architecture and AI-native tooling matters here.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable platform services to support company growth.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing infrastructure-level improvements.

MUST HAVES
