AgileEngine is looking for a Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale core infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes. You will work closely with engineering and data science teams to keep systems performant and secure in a distributed, AI-native tooling environment.

You will lead initiatives around service registries, streaming, and polyglot persistence, while communicating clearly with senior leadership about status and risks.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year of API design and development using REST/gRPC.
• 1+ year of experience with AWS and Kubernetes, including Istio/Linkerd/Cilium.
• 1+ year of experience building advanced architectural components such as service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, federated/polyglot persistence.
• 6+ months of experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, harness engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to learn on the fly, and a desire for ownership.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This person designs reliable platform services, manages cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, and works closely with engineering and data science teams to keep systems performant and secure. Comfort with distributed architecture and AI-native tooling matters here.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable platform services to support company growth.

MUST HAVES
