Ibrowse in São Paulo seeks a seasoned Plant Leader to drive strategy, operations, and continuous improvement across Production, Maintenance, Engineering/CAPEX, SHE, and Internal Logistics. You will develop the plant’s leadership team, foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, and Procurement, and deliver sustainable results through delegation and accountability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Solid experience leading manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of Production, Maintenance, Engineering/CAPEX, and SHES.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing operational performance and its impact on the P&L.
• Proven experience driving performance improvement, operational efficiency, and manufacturing transformation initiatives.
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining a strong connection with day-to-day operations.
• Leadership approach focused on delegation, people development, and accountability.
• Advanced English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the plant’s overall strategy and performance, with a strong focus on efficiency, productivity, safety, quality, and cost management.
• Develop and execute the plant’s strategic and organizational plans.
• Apply an end-to-end perspective, identifying opportunities, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring effective implementation.
• Take accountability for the plant’s financial performance, overseeing P&L, costs, investments, and key performance indicators.
• Lead the Production, Maintenance, Engineering/CAPEX, SHE, Operational Excellence, and Internal Logistics functions.
• Build strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Procurement, and other key areas of the business.
• Develop the plant’s leadership team, fostering autonomy, effective delegation, and accountability across all levels of the organization.
• Drive the plant’s transformation agenda with agility and a strong focus on execution and sustainable results.
