About this opportunity

Role Profile

Position Title: Plant Controller Manager

Job Location: SBC - Brazil

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports to: Sr Director, Group Accounting - Finance Operations

Specific responsibilities include:

Lead finance plan in manufacturing. Support the manufacturing director and work closer to the manufacturing team driving financial information across these teams. Lead closing & reporting submissions to the headquarters, preparing and controlling monthly budget and forecast. Analyze manufacturing events, follow production, and anticipate financial manufacturing impacts. Check and validate activities made by accounting and other financial departments with manufacturing impacts; be the focal point to the global finance manufacturing director and the local finance director.

Expenses control

Material/Product ERP Register

Stock Movements / Transfers / Register / Follow / Records / Check Inconsistences

Stock Balance checks

Follow up, Production Controls to keep Manufacturing performance

Represent Finance in weekly production meetings

Use proper and appropriate methodologies to enable the definition of the cost of activities and subsidies for superior decisions

Propose accounting and administrative measures, suggest necessary actions to avoid the repetition of identified irregularities

Analyze events and accounting and tax documents

Follow safety, health, and occupational rules, as well as the company's procedures and standards
