Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to support the demand process, forecast updates and KPI reporting. You will coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Production to ensure data accuracy and alignment with inventory targets.

The role requires advanced Excel, data analysis and ERP experience, with a hybrid work setup (4 days on-site in Indaiatuba and 1 day remote). Bachelor's degree in progress or completed is acceptable.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Availability to work in a hybrid model: 4 days on-site in Indaiatuba and 1 day remote.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Demand process; prepare, monitor and update the sales forecast, considering historical data, inventory levels and input from commercial/sales teams;
• Monitor sales performance by conducting actual vs. forecast analyses, identifying and addressing significant variances;
• Support planning of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring alignment between demand, production, inventory and supply;
• Adjust, maintain and improve spreadsheets, controls and databases used in planning;
• Develop and update reports and performance indicators (KPIs), such as forecast accuracy, inventory coverage, stockouts and service level;
• Participate in KPI and demand review meetings and cross-functional alignments, contributing data and analysis;
• Interact with Sales, Logistics, Production and Customer Service to ensure information flow;
• Contribute to continuous improvement, standardization and automation initiatives within the planning function.
