Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in data validation, testing, and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in data analysis, SQL, and PL/SQL, with a preference for those experienced in Master Data Management (MDM), especially in the Customer domain.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Data Analysis
• Strong expertise in data validation, data testing, and data accuracy
• 7+ years of experience in SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience in Master Data Management (preferably in the Customer domain)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETL Development
• Experience with Data Modeling

Responsibilities

This role involves working on high-visibility projects such as MDM2.0 or LATAM IR, with aggressive timelines. The candidate should be able to start contributing immediately, querying databases, performing data validations and testing, writing test cases and scenarios, and conducting regression testing. Responsibilities also include documenting defects in JIRA, collaborating with business data stewards to understand requirements, reviewing designs, providing feedback, and ensuring defect resolution.

The candidate must be a strong communicator, collaborator, and team player, capable of explaining complex issues visually. They should operate with a sense of urgency, meet deadlines, and proactively manage risks and issues, working with cross-functional teams to resolve RAID items.
