Responsibilities

Identify and manage manufacturing demands, providing visibility to the production cell team (Production, Quality, Engineering) based on SAP reports and the Production Plan
Maintain the short-term Production Plan, interacting with necessary stakeholders to ensure data quality, effective communication, and alignment with other Manufacturing Plans
Maintain and control the area’s APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) tool
Support the Production Plan by coordinating with relevant interfaces to ensure high-quality information
Participate in production meetings to ensure issue resolution, adherence to deadlines, and continuous process flow
Identify production bottlenecks and collaborate with departments to implement containment and corrective actions while ensuring consistent communication
Participate in or lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) sessions to review or design PCP (Production Planning and Control) processes
Monitor product quality and share recurring deviations to drive corrective and containment actions
Analyze new workload demands and participate in or lead First Article meetings, contributing with insights and actions to ensure timely product execution and production flow
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
Familiarity with oil-related equipment (ANM, installation tools such as FIBAP, FDR, TRT, test benches, and maintenance processes)
Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (PDCA, Kaizen, 5S, Waste Reduction, Workflow optimization)
Working knowledge of SAP (MM and PP modules)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and MS Project
