We are searching the best talent for Cross Country - Phygital CoE Sr Director - LATAM to be located in Miami, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Rep, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru or Uruguay.
The Phygital COE will help the Business Units transform how Janssen provides a human-centric unique, harmonized yet customized omnichannel experience throughout existing and new physical and digital channels across business, TAs and functions in LATAM.
For this the CoE Sr Director will led the definition, prioritization and materialization of transformation initiatives and content design leveraging new ways of working, technology and design with multi-disciplinary teams.
This position will report to the regional head of the organization and will have close communication with our C-Level team.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and management of the Phygital regional team
- Ensure Phygital CoE help shape the phygital strategy agenda across a wide spectrum of business including :
- Continuously scanning new solutions, technologies and approaches being pushed by Janssen around the world, other and new players in the pharma industry, and disruptors in other industries around the World
- Orchestrating Janssen's omchinannel strategy by tanslating Janssen's strategy and the LALT's and other senior leaders' priorities
- Understanding Janssen's key stakeholders personas uncovering their most pressing needs, frictions and happy moments in their journeys with the company and determining the Customer Oriented Missions that will help address these opportunities
- Managing and maintaining all platforms and additional digital assets deriving from the COMs to support the ongoing business operations
- Designing, managing and distributing campaign and channel related content to reinforce customer loyalty
- Determining in a timely fashion data-driven decisions based on the performance of the omnichannel strategy
- Build, drive and sustain high performance teams and processes
- Build, manage, lead and sustain a high performing team driven by new ways of working
- Lead the enablement and set-up of the omnichannel operating model across the business
- Strictly manage the CoE's budget and resources
Qualifications
- Seasoned Director with a proven track record leading large scale transformation programs.
- Creative, curious and data-driven leader with a strong business acumen, customer-centric personality and problem solving orientation.
- Experience around omnichannel orchestration and transformation, new technologies, analytics and content design and management, and negotiations.
- Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions.
- Leadership skills also include lead, coach, develop, motivate, and mentor team professionals with advanced communication and inter-personal skills.
- Experienced working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment and working with cross functional teams.
- Ideally, experienced delivering digital innovation engagements working with agile methodology with certifications on design thinking, SAFE agile or similar.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.

- Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions.
