Qualificações

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under general supervision, performs the following activities:

1. Support management of the area's suppliers;
2. Manage maintenance calls;
3. Track building maintenance and electrical equipment (SE, Generator, Air Conditioning, UPS);
4. Monitor budgets;
5. Negotiate with suppliers;
6. Develop technical scope of works and services;
7. Analyze occurrences and requests for the sector;
8. Develop CAPEX and CLEAR.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Technical Degree in Electrical or Buildings;
2. Knowledge of AUTOCAD;
3. Experience in maintenance and facilities;
4. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
5. Intermediate English;
6. Intermediate MS-Project skills.

Minimum Experience:

1. Three to five (3-5) years of related experience;
2. Experience in presentation and negotiation with internal and external clients;
3. Experience in project development;
4. Experience in building and equipment maintenance management;
5. Experience in works;
6. Experience in developing budgets and construction schedules.

Minimum Required Skills:

1. Technical knowledge in maintenance of electrical equipment (SE, Generator, Air Conditioning, UPS);
2. Accuracy & Attention to Detail, Planning & Organizing Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Team Working Skills.
