GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under general supervision, performs the following activities:
- Support management of the area's suppliers;
- Manage maintenance calls;
- Track building maintenance and electrical equipment (SE, Generator, Air Conditioning, UPS);
- Monitor budgets;
- Negotiate with suppliers;
- Develop technical scope of works and services;
- Analyze occurrences and requests for the sector;
- Develop CAPEX and CLEAR.
Minimum Requirements:
- Technical Degree in Electrical or Buildings;
- Knowledge of AUTOCAD;
- Experience in maintenance and facilities;
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
- Intermediate English;
- Intermediate MS-Project skills.
Minimum Experience:
- Three to five (3-5) years of related experience;
- Experience in presentation and negotiation with internal and external clients;
- Experience in project development;
- Experience in building and equipment maintenance management;
- Experience in works;
- Experience in developing budgets and construction schedules.
Minimum Required Skills:
- Technical knowledge in maintenance of electrical equipment (SE, Generator, Air Conditioning, UPS);
- Accuracy & Attention to Detail, Planning & Organizing Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Team Working Skills.
