FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division is hiring for a fast-paced warehouse role in Extrema, MG. You will load/unload vehicles, organize goods in the warehouse, and execute pickups and deliveries following safety rules and packing lists.

The job requires an Elementary School Diploma and offers full-time, on-site work. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to lift heavy packages are essential, with training provided.

Qualificações

• Great verbal and written communication, organized and sociable.
• Flexible time requirements and ability to complete training.
• Physically capable of lifting 75–150 lbs with/without equipment.
• Clerical experience including typing and office duties preferred.
• Safety sensitive role with strong human relations.

Responsabilidades

• Loading and unloading vehicles following safety and packaging instructions.
• Organize goods in the warehouse according to routes and packing guidance.
• Pick up packages from customer addresses, following loading and packing list rules.
• Load collected packages and obtain customer signatures on pickup documents.
• Deliver packages and organize items at customer warehouses, completing delivery docs.
• Assist with related paperwork and manifests accurately and timely.
• Inform Cargo Clerk about losses and damages.
• Maintain warehouse and handling equipment in good condition.
• Keep warehouse organized and within conservation standards.
• Operate mechanized equipment for over half the time worked.
• May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.

General Job Description:

Under general guidance completed the following responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading vehicles observing instructions for removal and packaging of volumes in a safe and efficient manner.;
• Organize goods in the warehouse according to the distribution routes observing packing instructions;
• Execute the pick-up of packages at customers address, observing the loading and stowage rules, packing list specifications
• Execute the loading of the collected packages and ask the customer to stamp and sign the pickup documents;
• Execute the delivery of packages, organize the volumes in the customer's warehouses and ask the customer to fill in the following requires in the delivery documents.
• Assists in completing all related paperwork and manifests in an accurate and timely manner.
• Inform the Cargo Clerk (Handler II) regarding all the losses and damages;
• Organize and maintain the warehouse and handling equipment in an adequate state of use;
• Maintain warehouse within established organization and conservation standards.
• Operates mechanized equipment for over 50% of the total time worked.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Education:

• Elementary School Diploma

Minimum Experience:

No previous experience required. Three (3) months FedEx handler experience preferred

Minimum Required Skills:

• Great verbal and written communication skills, organization, good personal relationship, dynamic and creative;
• Flexible time required
• Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrency training.
• Able to lift 75 Lbs.
• Must be able to maneuver packages of weights up to 150 Lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
• Clerical experience including typing and/or general office administration duties preferred.
• Good human relations and communication skills
• Safety sensitive.
