The ideal candidate should have an elementary school education, a valid forklift operator diploma, and at least two years of experience in forklift operation. Job Responsibilities:

1. Complete operational tasks, including manual activities, administrative work, and paperwork.
2. Assist in specific operational activities at station or hub locations, such as sorting, driving, and location tracking/reporting.
3. Safely perform duties including loading, unloading, and driving in line with company procedures and legal requirements.
4. Move cargo and pallets with a forklift inside a warehouse.
5. Organize cargo based on its characteristics for transportation and storage.
6. Perform verticalization of unused cargo racks and special loading/unloading (heavy loads with forklifts).
7. Conduct first-level maintenance of work tools like forklifts.
8. Adhere to safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental standards.
9. Support team activities, escalate complex issues, and assist in process reviews as part of leadership or senior roles.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Elementary School degree or equivalent.
• Forklift Operator Course Diploma (renewed within 2 years).
• Brazilian driver’s license type B and functional certification from System S institutions preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience as a forklift operator.
• Clean driving record with no preventive accidents in the past 12 months.
