Overview

Driver responsible for daily contact with a limited number of customers or internal parties, completing related administration or paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute pickups, deliveries, package verification processes, labeling and movement of packages, and related invoicing.
• Execute internal maneuvers.
• Provide necessary documentation regarding pickup, delivery and transfer of packages, delivery records, and vehicle condition.
• Ensure personal and general safety at all times by following company safety policies and procedures.
• Operate vehicles safely and efficiently, complying with specific standards and corporate policies, ensuring cargo integrity.
• Maintain personal appearance, uniform, and vehicle condition.
• Work on different routes to cover teammates’ vacations.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Education: Elementary School diploma

Minimum Experience: 6 Months experience as Cargo Driver

Minimum Required Skills:

• Driver's License Type C, D or E - Maximum of 5 Points (fines).
• Have a MOPP course (within validity).
• Flexible Time required
• Have knowledge with tracking system (autotrac or similar).
• Possess knowledge of traffic laws and safety standards
