Overview
Driver responsible for daily contact with a limited number of customers or internal parties, completing related administration or paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Execute pickups, deliveries, package verification processes, labeling and movement of packages, and related invoicing.
- Execute internal maneuvers.
- Provide necessary documentation regarding pickup, delivery and transfer of packages, delivery records, and vehicle condition.
- Ensure personal and general safety at all times by following company safety policies and procedures.
- Operate vehicles safely and efficiently, complying with specific standards and corporate policies, ensuring cargo integrity.
- Maintain personal appearance, uniform, and vehicle condition.
- Work on different routes to cover teammates’ vacations.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: Elementary School diploma
Minimum Experience: 6 Months experience as Cargo Driver
Minimum Required Skills:
- Driver's License Type C, D or E - Maximum of 5 Points (fines).
- Have a MOPP course (within validity).
- Flexible Time required
- Have knowledge with tracking system (autotrac or similar).
- Possess knowledge of traffic laws and safety standards

- Ability to lift 70 lbs. (32kgs) and to maneuver and single package weighing up to 150 lbs. (68kgs) with appropriate equipment.
