- Lead operational logistics teams in routines such as transportation, receiving, storage, dispatch, material distribution, and inventory control;
- Monitor performance metrics, ensuring deadlines and conditions are met, following logistical workflows, standardized operational procedures, and regulatory standards;
- Support the Coordination with information to aid strategic decision-making and project management in the area.
Qualifications:
- Complete Higher Education (Logistics, Administration);
- Good communication and relationship skills to lead operational teams, generate performance indicators, and knowledge of good manufacturing practices and regulatory standards;
- Knowledge of logistics processes including storage, transportation, and distribution;
- Familiarity with ERP systems, logistics automation, and sector trends;
- Understanding of labor laws, workplace safety, and customs requirements;
- Ability to motivate, delegate, and develop talent;
- Constant pursuit of improvements and creative solutions.
