Involves providing administrative support for a team of professional-level employees and their manager.

General Job Description
  • Support the development and analysis of performance indicators.
  • Conduct productivity analysis of specific operations and process mapping.
  • Assist managers in analyzing reports, identifying non-conformities, and preparing action plans.
  • Perform operational closures.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports based on operational indicators.
  • Participate in periodic meetings with customers and the operational team.
  • Identify opportunities and suggest the development of new processes to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.
  • Experience in receiving, separation, and dispatch flow.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: 3 years in a clerical position
Skills: Good interpersonal skills, advanced Excel, excellent verbal and written communication, organization, creativity, proactivity, ability to meet goals and deadlines, knowledge of inventory routines, logistics and data analysis experience, accuracy, attention to detail, planning and organizing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills.
