Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00, Saturday 08:00-12:00

Mandatory Requirements

• Complete elementary education
• Ability to focus and pay attention
• Communication skills, good interpersonal relationships, and leadership
• Ethical behavior and promote good relationships
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday and perform overtime when necessary

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor and handle daily operational receipts
• Generate internal operational reports or as requested by clients
• Monitor operational indicators (SLA and KPI) and suggest productivity improvements
• Follow reports on movements in Rlog Geral and Rlog Cielo systems
• Coordinate receipt activities and check merchandise conditions, missing items, or damages
• Measure volumes and unload vehicles, identify delivery issues, and direct merchandise appropriately
• Coordinate dispatch activities, verify and prepare shipping documentation
• Check and separate reverse logistics merchandise, track return receipts
• Conduct periodic route balances for material control
• Organize delivery routes for optimal cargo arrangement and accuracy
• Apply 5S methodology
