Mandatory Requirements:

• Complete elementary education
• Ability to focus and pay attention
• Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership
• Ethical behavior and promotion of good relationships
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday and perform overtime if necessary

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor and handle daily operational receipts
• Generate internal operational reports or as requested by clients
• Track operational indicators (SLA and KPI) and suggest productivity improvements
• Monitor reports with movements in Rlog Geral and Rlog Cielo systems
• Coordinate receipt activities and check goods, condition, shortages, and damages
• Measure volumes and unload vehicles, identifying delivery issues and directing goods accordingly
• Coordinate shipping activities and verify goods to be dispatched, filling out loading control forms
• Check and separate reverse goods for customer receipt, tracking delivery confirmation
• Conduct periodic route balances for material control
• Organize delivery routes for optimal loading and route accuracy
• Apply 5S methodology
