General job description
• Receipt, release and shipment of cargo;
• Provide support in the definition, review, implementation and improvement of organizational processes, operational flows and performance indicators of the sector;
• Issuing reports of loads in the warehouse and en route of vendors drivers with daily accountability of the operational activities and routines of the sector;
• Support in coordination of operational teams activities (Handlers);
• Monitoring Vendors Drivers activities;
• Control and handling of pending issues and returns;
• Monitoring of indicators and accountability to management and external customers, when necessary prepare material and presentations, including participation in meetings with customers;
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.


Education:
• High school diploma/equivalent. Proficiency in English;
• Valid Drivers License and good driving record.


Experience: One (1) year clerical experience.


Skills:
• Data entry, and/or general office skills;
• Good human relations, interpersonal, and communication skills;
• Clear and articulate speaking voice;
• Accuracy & Attention to Detail;
• Good Microsoft Office & PC Skills in particular Excel;
