While operational tasks may be part of these roles, the majority of time is spent on office-based activities. Lead or senior levels of these positions may:

• Handle escalated or more complex issues,
• Coordinate team activities or those of agency contract staff,
• Support supervisor or manager activities,
• Support the design, review and implementation of processes and procedure

General job description

• Receipt, release and shipment of cargo;
• Provide support in the definition, review, implementation and improvement of organizational processes, operational flows and performance indicators of the sector;
• Issuing reports of loads in the warehouse and en route of vendors drivers with daily accountability of the operational activities and routines of the sector;
• Support in coordination of operational teams activities (Handlers)
• Monitoring Vendors Drivers activities
• Control and handling of pending issues and returns;
• Monitoring of indicators and accountability to management and external customers, when necessary prepare material and presentations, including participation in meetings with customers.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned

Education:

• High school diploma/equivalent. Proficiency in English
• Valid Drivers License and good driving record.

Experience: One (1) year clerical experience

• Data entry, and/or general office skills.
• Good human relations, interpersonal, and communication skills.
