About the Role:

We expect you to support us in creating, developing, and refining logistical processes for documents. Additionally, you will assist in managing the unit's demands, ensuring everything is well-organized and functioning smoothly, and guarantee all necessary materials for clients to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Telephone service;
  • Greeting clients at the unit, ensuring a positive experience;
  • Managing correspondence receipt, delivery, and notification;
  • File management and document organization;
  • Following established operational processes;
  • Supporting the sending and receiving of correspondence and packages;
  • Assisting with facilities support tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative routines, or reception;
  • Clear, polite, and efficient communication, both spoken and written;
  • Organization, proactivity, and focus on quality delivery;
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn daily;
  • Strong attention to customer experience at all contact points;
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of the Office package.

Optional but advantageous:

  • Experience supporting customers via chat and email;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
