About the Role

As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with the CEO, providing day-to-day support across both administrative and lifestyle-related tasks. This is an entry-level opportunity well-suited for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to grow in a dynamic international setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements
  • Assist with personal and professional errands, tasks, and projects
  • Maintain clear and efficient communication with internal teams and external contacts
  • Support in preparing documents, notes, and presentations as needed
  • Ensure smooth coordination of daily priorities and commitments
  • Handle expense tracking, reimbursements, and vendor coordination
Requirements
  • Entry-level role; some prior administrative, coordination, or assistant experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
  • Professional communication skills in Portuguese and English (written and verbal)
