Job summary

MonetizeMore is seeking a results-driven monetization specialist to manage a vast portfolio of sites. You will leverage Google Ads (Search & Discovery), Meta Ads, and AI-powered workflows to optimize profitability and scale winning campaigns aggressively.

Responsibilities include on-site monetization improvements, A/B testing, and exploring new revenue streams while maintaining a strong focus on ROAS. This is a fully remote role with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in paid traffic operations across Google Ads (Search/Discovery) and Meta Ads.
• Ability to identify and prioritize high-impact activities to drive profit growth.
• Proficiency with AI tools to augment content workflows and optimization.

• Profit-First Acquisition Discipline: You manage clean paid traffic campaigns with the discipline of a trader, optimizing the spread between cost and revenue to ensure immediate profitability. You aggressively scale winning campaigns and ruthlessly cut underperformers to maximize your ROAS
• Full-Stack Monetization Architect: You take full ownership of the on-site experience, tweaking layouts and navigation to maximize yield from display ads, affiliate offers and RSOC feeds. You are versatile enough to build and iterate on-site structures yourself, optimizing every user flow for maximum revenue

Your core expertise & skills

• Paid Traffic Operations: Deep experience in Google Ads (Search & Discovery) and Meta Ads is essential. Experience with other buying platforms is a strong plus
• Yield & Session Optimization: Native fluency in Session RPM, Page RPM, and ROAS. Experience conducting A/B tests on ad placements, pagination logic, and navigation to increase the value of every user session
• AI-Augmented Content Workflows: Advanced proficiency with LLMs and other automation tools to generate SEO-friendly content and ad creatives at scale with human in the loop workflows
