MonetizeMore, a 100% remote ad-tech company, seeks a Growth/Performance Marketing professional to own a vast portfolio of sites, using AI-driven workflows and data to maximize revenue.

You will optimize paid traffic on Google Ads and Meta Ads, run A/B tests, and tune on-site layouts to boost ROAS. Experience in session RPM and content automation is essential.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in Google Ads (Search & Discovery) and Meta Ads; other platforms a plus.
• Fluency in optimizing session value, ROAS, and test-driven improvements.
• Proficient with AI tools to scale content and ad creatives with human in the loop.

• Profit-First Acquisition Discipline: You manage clean paid traffic campaigns with the discipline of a trader, optimizing the spread between cost and revenue to ensure immediate profitability. You aggressively scale winning campaigns and ruthlessly cut underperformers to maximize your ROAS
• Full-Stack Monetization Architect: You take full ownership of the on-site experience, tweaking layouts and navigation to maximize yield from display ads, affiliate offers and RSOC feeds. You are versatile enough to build and iterate on-site structures yourself, optimizing every user flow for maximum revenue

Your core expertise & skills

• Paid Traffic Operations: Deep experience in Google Ads (Search & Discovery) and Meta Ads is essential. Experience with other buying platforms is a strong plus
• Yield & Session Optimization: Native fluency in Session RPM, Page RPM, and ROAS. Experience conducting A/B tests on ad placements, pagination logic, and navigation to increase the value of every user session
• AI-Augmented Content Workflows: Advanced proficiency with LLMs and other automation tools to generate SEO-friendly content and ad creatives at scale with human in the loop workflows
