Job Purpose: People Services Partner
You’re the go-to person for all things HR in your region! From onboarding to offboarding, payroll prep to policy guidance — you ensure smooth operations and happy colleagues.

️ What You’ll Do
New hire onboarding & offboarding – Own the end-to-end process, including documentation, systems setup, exit tasks, and compliance
First point of contact – Support employee inquiries related to contracts, benefits, time tracking, policy clarification, and HR procedures
HR administration & payroll input – Maintain accurate employee data and coordinate payroll inputs in collaboration with Finance
Policy & compliance support – Ensure alignment with Brazilian labor law and TecAlliance global standards, in partnership with Legal & Compliance teams
Employee relations – Assist with workplace issues and support positive team dynamics through care, professionalism, and discretion
Performance & development – Contribute to performance management and training coordination in collaboration with the L&D team
Project participation – Take part in global HR initiatives, including Dayforce implementation and HR process digitization
Process alignment – Help streamline local workflows and improve consistency with our global HR framework

Your Profile
Proven experience in HR (as a generalist, HR specialist, or similar role), ideally in an international or matrixed environment
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
Sound understanding of Brazilian labor law and core HR practices (onboarding, employee lifecycle, documentation, etc.)
Experience with HR systems (HRIS/Payroll) — Dayforce familiarity is a plus
Fluent in English (required); Spanish proficiency is a strong plus
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to balance daily operations with project-based work
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams and cultures — locally and remotely
