InPlanet is seeking a People Operations Manager to strengthen and scale our People function. Based in Piracicaba (SP), this hands-on role focuses on onboarding, development and engagement while building scalable processes.
You will collaborate with senior leaders and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture across our distributed teams. Responsibilities include owning core People processes, maintaining data and systems, supporting managers, and implementing People programs.

In this role, you will ensure our core processes run smoothly and consistently at high quality as we grow. You will play a key role in enhancing our team members’ experience across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to development and engagement—while helping build structures for a scalable organization. This position suits a hands‑on, organized, and people‑oriented individual who improves operational processes behind the scenes. Based in Piracicaba (SP), this role requires regular in-person collaboration in our co‑working space.
