Role Overview

As a core strategic role within the Talent Systems & Strategy team, the People Intelligence, Engagement & PBP Partner transforms lifecycle data into organizational foresight. This role integrates signals from across the employee lifecycle, synthesizes, and transforms them into strategic experiments and interventions. It is responsible for spotting trends, testing hypotheses, and translating insights into actions that drive talent decisions.

This role goes beyond reporting, generating forward-looking narratives and leveraging behavioral experimentation to unlock organizational value. It informs talent retention, growth, and predictive analysis to enhance productivity across teams.

Reporting to the Talent Systems & Strategy Lead, this role remains deeply connected to business needs, delivering insights to PBPs and supporting real-time talent decisions, from performance readiness to engagement and mobility risks.

Your Impact
  • Identify and interpret lifecycle trends across onboarding, engagement, exit, and internal mobility, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Translate data patterns (from ONA) into narratives and insight briefs to inform workforce strategy and organizational health.
  • Build and execute experiments to test hypotheses related to talent, such as performance risk or engagement decline.
  • Provide scalable data insights that ensure measurable talent outcomes across business units.
  • Partner with PBPs to deliver key insights for their business relationships.
  • Stay updated on Web 3 industry trends to incorporate into workstreams.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in people analytics, HR strategy, or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle signals, organizational health frameworks, and engagement data.
  • Ability to influence talent decisions without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with behavioral experimentation and user design.
  • Proficiency in data intelligence and lifecycle pattern recognition.
  • High proficiency with operational tools (e.g., Sheets, Looker, Visier).
  • Ability to distill complex data into executive-level insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with PBPs and leaders.
  • Effective storytelling ability.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
