  • Employee Experience & Engagement
    • Oversee employee engagement initiatives in Brazil, including surveys, focus groups, and feedback loops in partnership with the Talent COE.
    • Partner with the global Talent COE on culture moments: AMAs, Huddles, Game Days, Summer Parties, and Year-End celebrations.
    • Help run and monitor wellbeing initiatives (mental health, work-life integration, sick leave assistance).
    • Run onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth, compliant, and positive experience for staff.
  • Learning, Growth & Development
    • Assist with career development frameworks, internal mobility, and role clarity for Brazil.

  • Solid knowledge of local labor law, payroll, and benefits practices.
  • Hands-on experience with employee relations, compliance, and engagement programs.
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with experience advising managers and providing guidance to staff.
