The Senior HRBP acts as a strategic partner to leadership and business areas, ensuring the execution of people strategies in alignment with organizational objectives. They are responsible for supporting leaders in decision-making related to talent management, organizational development, culture, performance, succession, engagement, and change management, as well as ensuring compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation.
