We are looking for an analytical, committed, and holistic People Business Associate to partner with leaders in the Non-Tech Enablement organizations. The ideal candidate should have solid foundations in HR disciplines (like employee relations, performance management, HR policy/process development, career development, talent management, change management, manager coaching, and employee engagement) and know how to proactively partner with the business to help coach and advise managers on change, performance, and talent management.
