Job Duties and Qualifications

• Complete technical training in mechanics, electronics, or related fields.
• Active CFT required.
• At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor of flexitubes, pumps, or nitrogen.
• For foreigners without CFT, an apostilled degree is required.
• Local contract for Catu.
• Under general supervision, fosters excellent relationships with clients at the worksite. Plans and performs calculations necessary for work at the well site. Coordinates service operators during equipment assembly and disassembly, and prepares equipment for work. Ensures customer satisfaction with the work performed. Manages inventory of materials when acting as the sole service provider on site. Collects and distributes data about the work as needed. Uses competency processes to enhance skills and performance. Ensures field documentation is properly completed. Properly performed tasks indirectly impact cost containment, efficiency, and profitability of operations. Skills are typically acquired through completion of HAL's Career Development (Competency) requirements for the role. Must possess an offshore medical certificate as required. Must have completed high school or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Coil Tubing (CT) services, including specific experience with CT tools and applications. Must have exceptional skills within the service line and a general understanding of other service functions. Knowledge of HMS, HSE standards, work methods, and guidelines for CT personnel is required. Promotes safety and environmental awareness. Actively participates in quality improvement processes. Must hold an Offshore Survival and Emergency Training certificate as required.
