Job Description

Spark Orthodontics is seeking a motivated Patient Services Representative to join our close-knit team in providing top-notch dental care to our patients.

As a Patient Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. We are looking for a passionate, customer-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating smiles.

Schedule

Monday & Tuesday 7:15 AM - 5:30 PM, Wednesday & Thursday 7:15 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional Fridays as needed.

Bethlehem, PA

Responsibilities

1. Provide welcoming, prompt, and respectful customer service to patients and families upon arrival and dismissal.
2. Serve as a liaison between patients and support staff by preparing patient charts before check-in and keeping the office records, reports, and correspondence organized.
3. File and scan medical documents and office forms as directed.
4. Verify all patient demographic, health, pharmacy, and insurance information.
5. Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
6. Maintain cleanliness of the front office work area and perform other maintenance tasks as directed.
7. Motivated and willing to learn on the job.
8. Experience working in the front desk area of a medical/dental practice preferred.
9. Strong customer service skills and effective communication.
10. Desire to work with children in a pediatric setting.
11. Experience scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and managing multiple phone lines.
12. Experience in a fast-paced front desk environment.
