Jobbydoo is seeking a Patient Recruitment Specialist to work from Porto Alegre, BR, supporting recruitment and engagement across multiple clinical studies. You will coordinate materials, translations, and trackers while liaising with sites, vendors, and study teams to ensure timely, within-budget delivery in a fast-paced, global setting.

Fluent English is required alongside strong organisational and planning abilities and experience in clinical operations.

Qualificações

• Experience in clinical research, trial operations, patient recruitment, or project coordination.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with tracking tools, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Patient Recruitment Specialist - The Role Working closely with Patient Recruitment & Engagement Leads, you will help deliver recruitment and retention strategies, coordinate study materials, oversee translation and print/distribution processes, and provide operational project support to ensure studies are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
