As a Patent Paralegal Project Manager, youwill be responsible for overseeing and managing patent filingrequests. You will work closely with clients, translators, andinternal teams to ensure that all requests are delivered on time,within scope, and to the highest standards. Your role will involvecoordinating various aspects of patent filings, including budgeting,scheduling, docketing, document submission, and quality assurance.

This is a full-time, remote position. Working hourswill be in Pacific Standard Time (United States time zone) .Candidates must be able to commit to working Monday - Friday 9:00am -5:30pm PST.

Proficiency in English (spoken andwritten) is required for this role as you will be working withEnglish-speaking teammates and clients.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Preparing all documents required inconnection with EP, PCT and foreign applications.
• Proactivelyinitiating the preparation of responses to official communications andnotifications.
• Coordinating filings of EP/international andforeign patent applications and related correspondence from filing toissuance of grant.
• Monitoring all assigned cases andproactively ensuring that all related deadlines are met in a timelymanner.

Essential Skills and RequiredExperience:

• 1-2 years of experience as a patent paralegalin either a law firm or corporate setting.
• Experience workingwith EP, PCT and foreign applications.
• Strong organizational,leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills,both verbal and written.
• Successful track record ofsuccessful collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong experienceimplementing translation tools into existing workflows.
• Comfort working with CAT tools (memoQ fluency a plus) andvarious Machine Translation engines.
• Ability to defineprocesses and standards for translation and quality assurance.
• Skilled at training internal and external users in MTPE & TMworkflows.
• Skilled at vendor recruitment and negotiations.
