What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through sell-through and sell-with sales motions
- Develop and manage partnerships with ISV/Hyperscalers Microsoft throughout the technology adoption journey
- Structure creative pricing and financial models to maximize revenue and partner success
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to drive partner engagement and success
- Advocate for and spearhead demand generation and marketing initiatives with partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in major account or strategic sales, particularly in technology solutions
- Strong familiarity with AI and ML technology, as well as B2B cloud marketplace strategies
- Minimum 5+ years of experience within the ISV/Hyperscalers Microsoft ecosystem
- Proven track record of overachievement in quota and revenue goals
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in presenting to C-level executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AI process-based technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define processes and build programs
- Passion for AI technology and its implications for productivity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
