Partner Manager- Global Content Partnerships

Who We Are:

X’s Global Content Partnerships team is seeking a driven, creative, self-sufficient, and resourceful Partner Manager to develop strategies and best practices for X’s premium content partners across Brazil. This role aims to drive new and increased revenue streams and secure the best content for X.

What You'll Do:

Your responsibilities include developing and nurturing relationships, expanding X’s influence with content partners at senior levels across content, sales, marketing, social, and business development. You should have a strong vision for the media industry's potential, focusing on scalable impact and immediate opportunities that generate value and growth for X.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day relationships with content partners, including media networks, online publishers, sports broadcasters & leagues, creators, news outlets, and others.
  2. Develop cross-platform sponsorship packages for advertisers in collaboration with content partners to monetize content.
  3. Drive innovative media solutions across major events and daily content to enhance reach and generate additional revenue.
  4. Champion X partners internally, providing feedback on products and business processes.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team on pitches and ongoing relationships with brands.
  6. Work cross-functionally with teams such as product, engineering, legal, marketing, communications, finance, sales, and brand strategy to maximize partner relationships.

Qualifications:

  • BS or BA degree; MBA is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
  • 4+ years of client-facing experience in media, content, or sales partnerships.
  • Creative, innovative thinker with operational rigor and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to partners at all management levels.
  • Proven track record in sponsorship creation and partner management.
  • Deep understanding of X as a consumer and advertising platform, and how content integrates into it.
  • Strong grasp of monetization across digital media (Live, OTT, Social, etc.).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal, marketing, etc.).
  • Ability to develop relationships at all management levels, externally and internally.
  • Knowledge of the evolving media sales landscape and proven revenue-driving ability through media partnerships.
  • Proficiency in business tools like Keynote and Excel, with a good understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, D3, Highcharts).
