What does the part-time position involve?

1. Working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and placing orders.
2. Our products focus on the kitchen and gardening tools used in the home.
3. Great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, with possible performance incentives.
4. No previous experience needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales or results), with an optional commission structure based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is available even during off weeks.

Training and Skills Development

We have been training successful salespeople for over 40 years. The skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most meetings and training are held in the office, with work from home after training.

Ideal Candidates

Individuals with diverse backgrounds—retail, fast food, administrative roles, landscaping, etc.—who have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people tend to do well. Previous experience is not necessary.
