We are looking for a Part-Time LatAm Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The right candidate is proactive, sales-savvy, and operationally sharp, someone who can anticipate needs, own follow-ups, and streamline processes. You will assist with end-to-end recruitment efforts, focusing on hiring the best talent for a variety of roles, including marketing, e-commerce, IT, and technical positions. Your success will be measured by your ability to manage the recruitment pipeline, handle communication, and take ownership of the recruitment process.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
Execute global recruiting strategies with a focus on Latin America (LatAm)
Focus on marketing, e-commerce, IT, and technical recruitment, filling roles with specialized candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and requirements
Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit
Maintain and update the candidate database using Manatal (ATS)
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Assist in improving recruitment strategies and tools for efficiency

Must be based in Brazil or any Latin American country
At least 3-5 years of freelancing and recruitment experience
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2 level)
Comfortable working reactively on time-sensitive tasks, yet also highly proactive
Proficient in using tech tools and platforms to streamline tasks
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Ability to quickly learn and implement new tools and platforms
Monday to Friday, 4-6 hours per day (20-30 hours per week), Brazil Time
