What you will do:
  • Analyze credit card disputes and fraud cases, providing actionable insights to minimize chargebacks and fraudulent transactions.
  • Support the e-commerce team in optimizing credit card processing operations to reduce transaction failures and improve approval rates.
  • Ensure compliance with payment processing regulations and industry standards (PCI-DSS, 3DS, etc.).
  • Advise on implementation of anti-fraud strategies, including verification processes and fraud prevention tools for online payments.
  • Conduct transaction failure analysis to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Help the team to collaborate with payment gateways and troubleshoot issues, optimizing integration performance.
What you need to succeed in this role:
  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in credit card dispute and fraud analysis for e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of credit card processing and payment gateway operations (Stripe, Braintree, etc.).
  • Knowledge of compliance management in payment processing, including PCI-DSS and 3DS.
  • Expertise in anti-fraud strategies and verification systems.
  • Experience working with chargeback management systems, fraud detection tools, and payment optimization.
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload).
Will be a great plus:
  • Certification in Stripe or similar payment gateway specialization.
