About the company

Responsibilities and duties
  1. Support the legal department in drafting, analyzing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, powers of attorney, and reports;
  2. Conduct legal research and gather jurisprudence, legislation, and doctrine;
  3. Monitor procedural and administrative deadlines, assisting in litigation management and process control;
  4. Assist in drafting notifications, petitions, and other low-complexity legal documents;
  5. Help review and update internal policies related to legal and compliance areas;
  6. Maintain the legal management system and archives, ensuring traceability and information security;
  7. Support documentation and corporate diligence activities, including registration, filings, and legal obligations of group companies;
  8. Interact with external law firms, notaries, commercial boards, and public agencies as needed;
  9. Assist with contract routines, bidding processes, regularizations, and other legal administrative topics.
Minimum qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Law (without OAB registration);
  2. Experience in a company (preferred) or law firm;
  3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and legal portals;
  4. Knowledge of electronic processes and legal terminology;
  5. Organizational skills and attention to detail;
  6. Ability to work under tight deadlines;
  7. Good written and verbal communication skills;
  8. Decision-making capacity.
