Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Paid Social Specialist to join our team. This role involves scaling client success through strategic media acquisition, data-driven forecasting, and maintaining transparent communication with clients. Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute media acquisition strategies aligned with client goals.
2. Create and maintain accurate growth forecasts using the Prophet system.
3. Manage and optimize active campaigns, adjusting budgets and strategies to meet KPIs.
4. Communicate regularly with clients regarding performance, strategies, and forecasts.
5. Contribute to team knowledge sharing and ongoing system improvements.
6. Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction are maintained within set parameters.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategists and client managers.
8. Participate actively in training and onboarding processes to develop skills and expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with tools like Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas persuasively.
• Experience in media buying, data analytics, or related fields.
• Demonstrated autodidactic learning and resourcefulness.
