The Role

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Paid Media & Marketing Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can combine data-driven media buying with creative campaign execution. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, enhancing our service offerings, and driving measurable outcomes across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) tailored to client goals.
• Manage ad campaigns end-to-end : setup, optimization, budget management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with our creative team to align messaging, visuals, and campaign objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Drive lead generation and conversions for both client campaigns and Earned Media Productions’ own initiatives.
• Stay on top of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging ad technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in paid media buying and performance marketing (agency or in-house).
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, attribution platforms).
• Ability to balance creative thinking with ROI-driven execution.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation, or interest in innovation is a plus.
