A day in the life:

  • The Ad Operations Specialist role on Power Digital’s Enterprise Team is focused on flawless campaign execution, data-driven optimization, and internal collaboration to drive results across paid social channels. The workweek runs from Thursday to Monday, allowing uninterrupted support during peak campaign activity periods and weekends. Each day starts with proactive communication within internal teams, pulling platform and performance data, and setting up or reviewing campaigns. Ad ops team members are responsible for executing across multiple social platforms, conducting reporting analysis, and identifying optimization opportunities. The role is highly tactical, focused on ensuring every campaign runs efficiently and delivers performance in line with strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Fully own tactical execution and internal communication related to campaign health and performance
  • Pull and analyze data from platform dashboards, analytics tools, and Nova ecosystem
  • Build and launch paid social campaigns A-Z across platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, and others
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns in real time, making data-backed changes to improve performance relative to goals
  • Conduct daily and weekly performance data pulls and trend analyses to support team strategy
  • Execute recurring and ad hoc reporting deliverables for internal teams
  • Summarize performance insights with data-driven recommendations and benchmarks
  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking, QA, and technical integrity across all paid social executions
  • Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem and other AI-based tools to enhance internal operations, reporting, and efficiency

Role Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in digital marketing or ad operations; agency experience a plus
  • 1+ years experience executing paid social campaigns, with proficiency in Meta Ads; experience with other platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest) is a plus
  • Solid understanding of the digital marketing funnel and performance KPIsWorking knowledge of Google Analytics and Shopify; experience with technical campaign tracking preferred
  • Excellent skills in Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets
  • Experience managing internal communications and task prioritization within a team setting

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Support 100% of assigned campaigns regularly
  • Keep campaign setup and optimization error rate below 2% monthly
  • Deliver 100% of reporting and data tasks by assigned due dates

Secondary KPI’s:

  • No errors in tactical execution of production or reporting for designated accounts
  • Regular identification and implementation of optimization opportunities supported by data insights
