Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Executar serviços de manutenção elétrica, mecânica, hidráulica, carpintaria e alvenaria.
• Substituir, trocar, limpar, reparar e instalar peças, componentes e equipamentos.
• Preparar orçamentos e comprar materiais para manutenção.

Responsibilities:

• Execute electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services;
• Replace, exchange, clean, repair, and install parts, components, and equipment;
• Prepare budgets and purchase materials for maintenance;
• Work following safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection norms;
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the area where you work;
• Execute other activities of the same nature, level of complexity, and responsibility.

Requirements:

• Technical degree in buildings, electrical, mechanics, or related courses;
• Proficiency in electrical installations; Knowledge of mechanical equipment for buildings; Knowledge of building masonry.
