Support a portfolio company’s strategic and operational decision-making by monitoring financial, operational, and commercial performance. This role is essential for identifying trends, improving forecasting accuracy, and ensuring budget compliance through robust analysis and process efficiency.

3.Process Efficiency: Drive improvements in financial reporting and data analysis workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Budget Performance Tracking: Produce accurate, timely reports comparing actual performance to the approved budget, highlighting deviations and trends.
• Forecasting Accuracy: Maintain high accuracy in financial forecasts, aiming to stay within an acceptable variance threshold.
• Reporting Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual work and increase speed and accuracy of reporting.
• Strategic Analysis: Provide clear, data-driven insights on business performance and support strategic initiatives with robust analysis.
• Data Management & Analysis: Build and maintain models and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across departments.
• Presentation support: Deliver high-quality, visually clear presentations that translate financial and operational analysis

Requirements and qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles.
• Background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Exposure to BI tools (Power BI is a plus).
• Experience in industrial, consumer goods, or operationally intensive sectors is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and deliver high-quality insights in fast-paced environments.
