Responsibilities and assignments

Advanced English proficiency is required for daily communication with international teams.

Essential Technical Skills:

React Expertise:

• Proficiency in React, including core concepts like components, state management, and lifecycle methods.
• Experience with functional components and hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext).
• Understanding of React's Virtual DOM and reconciliation process.
• Familiarity with React Router for managing navigation.
• (Preferred) TypeScript knowledge for type safety and improved maintainability.

HTML, CSS, and Related Technologies:

• Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) or CSS-in-JS libraries (styled-components, Emotion).
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).

Build Tools and Frameworks:

• Experience with build tools like Webpack, Parcel, or Rollup.
• Understanding of module bundlers and code splitting.

State Management:

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Recoil, Zustand) or the Context API.

Testing:

• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Experience writing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.

Soft Skills and Agile Mindset:

• Understanding of Agile principles (collaboration, customer focus, adaptability, transparency, iterative development).
• Experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments, understanding ceremonies, personas, and artifacts.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Open to feedback, willing to learn and adapt.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to optimize React application performance.
• Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Python) and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS services like Route53, ACM, CloudFront, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and collaboration with designers.
