Job type: Full-time employee

Offer products and services that generate sustainable business through building and maintaining trustworthy relationships, attracting new cooperatives, and continuously seeking to engage and retain the cooperative members to achieve the expected results of the Cooperative.

Responsibilities include:

1. Monitoring and analyzing macroeconomic indicators provided by the market and/or government agencies, and through internal and external agendas, to anticipate potential impacts on the business and propose strategies for sustainability;
2. Monitoring internal indicators such as Basel index, liquidity ratio, income statement, funding costs, central revenue, and other related metrics using management dashboards and internal reports to develop proposals and strategies focusing on member importance and business sustainability;
3. Disseminating knowledge about investment topics, technical expertise, and service excellence aligned with the cooperative's strategy to enhance team knowledge and improve advisory services to members;
4. Providing consultative support to members and high-complexity economic groups through face-to-face or online meetings, participation in local events to enhance member engagement and loyalty;
5. Conducting prospecting and maintenance contacts with members and high-complexity groups through visits, online meetings, and local events to attract, engage, and retain new members or investments;
6. Becoming a reference regarding investment products and services offered by the Cooperative and the market, applying acquired knowledge through certifications, practical experience, market research, benchmarking, and other actions to identify new opportunities and improve offerings;
7. Contributing to the planning and execution of the Cooperative's strategies and mapping market potential through periodic internal agendas, visits, and consultations with members, providing input for review, adherence verification, or new opportunities;
8. Performing other activities related to the role.

Qualifications:

• Complete higher education in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
• Desirable specialization in Cooperative Management, Business Management, Financial Management, or related areas;
• Certifications in CPA-20 and CEA;
• Knowledge of financial products.
