We are looking for a Mid-level Logistics Operations Analyst to work flexibly within the team, with the possibility of being assigned to different areas, such as financial closing of carriers or delivery management focusing on delays and performance.

This person will be responsible for analyzing operational data, ensuring process quality, and supporting decisions that directly impact logistical efficiency. We seek someone with experience in transportation and logistics, good analytical reasoning, and ease with spreadsheets and communication with partners.

What are the responsibilities of the role? (They may vary depending on the assignment)

1. Consolidate operational information (routes, deliveries, tolls, discounts, km) into control spreadsheets;
2. Validate and send closures to carriers clearly and within deadlines;
3. Verify invoices, delivery proofs, and operational parameters;
4. Address partner inquiries and identify cost reduction opportunities.

Managing Delays / Delivery Performance

1. Monitor logistical dashboards and identify routes with failures or delays;
2. Analyze root causes of delays and propose solutions with operations teams and carriers;
3. Create performance reports and provide visibility to involved teams;
4. Interact with drivers, partners, and internal areas for operational corrections and adjustments.

Requirements include experience with logistics, transportation, deliveries, or logistics operators; strong analytical skills and data organization; basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel (filters, formulas, data organization); good communication skills for interacting with different areas and external partners. The role is 100% on-site in Osasco/SP.
